A Chilling Call from a Child
An eight-year-old girl called the local police, crying:
“Please help… my dad is under the floor.”
The officer, confused, asked to speak with her parents.
“Dad hasn’t been home for days,” she replied. “Mom thinks I’m lying, but I know he’s under the floor.
He told me himself—in a dream.”
Despite initial doubt, the officers decided to check, sensing her sincerity.
A Suspicious Home Visit
At the house, police met the mother, a nervous woman who claimed her husband was away on a business trip in Serbia or Slovenia. She couldn’t reach him—his phone was off.
When the girl silently pointed to a specific spot under the new laminate flooring, the officers asked to investigate. The mother resisted:
“We just finished renovating! Who will pay for the damage?”
“If we find nothing, insurance will cover it,” one officer assured.
What They Found Beneath
Neighbors hadn’t seen the man in over a week. He hadn’t contacted work or booked any travel. When officers finally lifted the floorboards at the girl’s spot, a horrible truth emerged:
“We found… a body.”
Wrapped in plastic and hidden beneath foam and concrete lay the man’s corpse. He had died from a single fatal blow to the head. His wife had buried him during renovations, fooling the workers with requests to fill the flooring deeper.
A Message from the Other Side
The girl had seen her father in a dream:
“Tell them. I am under the floor. I am close. Don’t be afraid.”
She listened—and uncovered the truth that no one else could see.
